Why can’t I move photos around on my IPad?

Answer:

This is actually an issue with mobile browsers. Currently mobile browsers do not support drag and drop functionality. REsearch is browser based and depends on these mobile browsers while on mobile devices.

Certain apps have the capability to support drag and drop, mobile browsers currently do not.
