Is there a way to add some marketing to the top or bottom of the property detail pages or the emails that go out automatically to our prospect?

The idea is I want to remind my prospects about certain services I offer. I would like to do it both places if possible.

Answer:

Yes.

The setting you are looking for is “Customize REsearch Email”

Note: this setting will effect all emails sent from REsearch including auto prospect emails.
