How do I change the information that pops up when someone is searching the Roster? It doesn’t show my office telephone # or my fax #.

Answer:

The contact numbers displayed on the Roster and on listings are controlled by the “Preferred” selections.

This particular agent had set both the Preferred Phone and Preferred Fax to Office.
But the office phone and fax phone numbers were missing on the office account.
