Hi – i have a listing that expired a few days ago, MLS #xxxxxx – the seller has decided that he wants it back on the market – the system isn’t letting me change from X to A. Can you please assist. thank you.

Answer:

The correct process when changing from a status back to active is to use the Back on Market tool.

Expired to Active – Back on Market
Withdrawn to Active – Back on Market
Temp Withdrawn to Active – Back on Market
Under Contract to Active – Back on Market
Contingent to Active – Back on Market

Sold to Active – Not Possible

Preview to Active – Update or Release listing
Hold to Active – Update or Release listing

Click into the Listings menu – Locate the Back on Market button
