Can I upload and use a google earth photo in my listing photos?

Answer:

Maybe.

1.  Photos loaded to listings must be owned by someone that allows the photo to be used. If you obtain permission from Google Earth then the image would be ok to use.

2. All photos attached to listings must not include any branding, this includes Google Earth watermarks.

Section 7.03. Infringement indemnification. The participants shall indemnify, defend, and hold the service
harmless against any liability arising from a claim that use by the service of text or photos submitted by the
participant infringes the copyright of a third party.
