Can I retrieve emails that were sent using the Hawaii Information System?

I’m looking for my sent emails.
Thank you

Answer:
Maybe. The only emails REsearch will archive are messages sent through the system to a recipient that has been entered as a contact.

Example; when viewing your contacts, is the recipient of the email you are trying to locate listed?

If they are, click on their name to select.
Then go to the history tab to view the messages:

Unfortunately if the message you are attempting to retrieve was not addressed to a contact, we will not have an available record.

When sending messages through REsearch the “copy me” box is check marked by default. This would have automatically sent you a copy. You can hopefully find the copy within your inbox.

Inconceivable…the system REALLY must keep a log of sent emails. I just got an error message when I tried to send, and I NEED to know what was sent…or NOT sent, whether the recipients are entered as contacts in HIS or not. I always keep the “copy me” box checked. Something went wrong, and I would like to be able to see exactly what went wrong.

    URGENT AND IMPORTANT
