I am trying to do a simple search in MLS and have not been able to get past the first page. I have received messages that my search is too broad.
Upon review of this agents account, we found the default selected format was switched on only include “brand”
The system needs to know which format you would like to see on the search results page. We added the MLS format and the system is now back to normal.
Other reports have stated the format menu is missing most selections.
In these cases, try completely closing the current browser and re-opening. A sort of refresh will likely resolve the issue.
