Comments, Questions, Anything:
Aloha: I set up a drip for prospects on your site…but nothing happened..neither I or client received properties…could you go through the steps?…other person in office had same experience. Also, is there a way to click on the tmk number and have it link to the county website (see Clark Realty website)…your maps are not good and so one has to have your website and the county’s both open and it is a pain to have to take the tmk from your website and manually put it in the county website.
Q: I set up a drip for prospects on your site…but nothing happened..neither I or client received properties…could you go through the steps?
A: Upon reviewing this agent’s account and the prospect in question, the notification schedule has not been set to send out emails:
Click here to view our guide regarding Prospect’s notification schedule
Some notes specific to this situation:
Per the prospect already being created, please see the 2nd part of the guide to set the schedule on individual, existing prospects.
The 1st part of the guide will show you how to set up your settings for all future prospects. The setting will only pertain to future prospects, current prospects will not be updated when changing the setting within the overall account setting.
Q: Also, is there a way to click on the tmk number and have it link to the county website (see Clark Realty website)..
A: Currently REsearch does not link to the various county sites. We will enter a suggestion ticket to be considered by the powers that be.
Q: your maps are not good and so one has to have your website and the county’s both open and it is a pain to have to take the tmk from your website and manually put it in the county website.
A: We are sorry you feel that way about REsearch’s mapping. They are very different mapping systems. I agree that the Hawaii County’s map does have a nice esthetic though REsearch has many more layers and has the ability to map multiple parcels. If we can link directly to the county sites this would resolve this issue I assume.
