Comments, Questions, Anything:

A property owner currently has an active listing agreement with another agent working for the same brokerage as me, but that listing is set to expire soon. The owner would like to hire me as their new agent, though I work for the same brokerage. If I re-list the property the day after the current listing expires (new agent, same brokerage), will the Days on Market reset back to 0 ?

Answer:

No.
Technically all listings are under the Principal Broker. Switching agents within the same office will not matter as the PB is the overall factor.

The listing will need to be off market for 30 days to be eligible to be reset.
