Instructions on allowing pop-ups in Firefox.  Please upgrade to at least Firefox version 31.0 – Instructions can be found here: Upgrading Firefox Step 1 Click the Menu button located on the right side of Firefox Click Options from the drop down     Step 2 In the Options window, Click Content Click Exceptions   Step 3 Enter Both: http://reserver4.hawaiiinformation.com http://reserver1.hawaiiinformation.com Click Allow Click Save Changes   Done! You can now test the setting by trying to open a scanned taxmap, condo guide, etc.

How to allow pop-ups from Hawaiiinformation.com on Google Chrome Click the Menu icon located in the upper right Select Settings from the dropdown   On the settings page you may need to scroll down. Navigate to the bottom of the page. Click “Show advanced settings”   The Privacy section should now be available. Click the “Content Settings” button   From the Privacy window scroll down slightly. In the Pop-ups section click on the Manage Exceptions button.   In the Hostname pattern box enter: [*.]hawaiiinformation.com Verify Behavior = Allow Click Done   Success!
