How to clear your Internet Explorer’s cache (we will be using Internet Explorer’s Menu Bar to complete these steps. Sometimes “extras” are added to your browser and they often come with side effects that negatively impact REsearch. Please follow this guide in order to remove or disable them. Click the Gear Icon located in the upper right section of Internet Explorer Click Manage add-ons from the dropdown    Look for anything named “toolbar” or “games” or hopefully you recognize the name of the exact add-on you are trying to remove. Please follow these steps to allow pop-up windows from REsearch Click the Gear Icon located in the upper right of the screen Click Internet options     In the Internet Options window, click to the Privacy tab Click the Settings button in the Pop-up Blocker section     In the Pop-up Blocker window Enter *.hawaiiinformation.com (asterisk dot hawaiiinformation dot com – no spaces) Click the Add button You should see *.hawaiiinformation.com in the Allowed sites section. Click Close to finish       Done!
