Here is the step by step process on deleting and re-uploading images within REsearch 6.0.

Deleting the broken image

Step 1. Expand the Listings category and select Manage Photos
Step 2. Enter in the MLS number
Step 3. Read the agreement text and check mark I Agree (if you approve). Click Continue when ready. 

 

 

Step 4. Locate the file to be removed. Remove all images that do not display properly in this preview section. Click the Delete button.
Step 5. Click the Save All button to save the changes you made.

 

 

Once the file is removed and the changes are saved, you may now want to re-upload the same image or a replacement.
Simply click the +Load Photos button to begin the photo loading process.
