How to make data changes/updates to an existing listing –


Main Menu › Listings › Update Listing
You can also find Update Listing within the Listing Menu

Enter the MLS number or use the Select Listing tool.
Click Continue when ready:


Enter your changes, click Update when Finished





If you are unable to make edits on a Non-Hold status listing, you will likely need to be granted permission by your PB. The alternative is to submit changes to your PB or Support Person and they will take care of updates for you.

Listing statuses eligible to be updated: Hold, Active, Preview, Contingent, Under Contract, Temp Withdrawn.
Under Contract and Temp Withdrawn listings will not show up when using the Select Listing Tool. Please manually enter in these MLS numbers.


Expired and Withdrawn listings are not editable in these statuses. If changes need to be made, please use the Back On Market tool. This will place the listing back to active status.


Updates to sold listings will need to be made by HIS staff. Please give us a call or send in us email.
