Apartment A condominium unit number; not an apartment number.
Assessed Value The total assessed value of land and buildings for current assessment year
Baths – Full (1st bldg) The number of full bathrooms in the first dwelling/bldg on the property.
Baths – Full (total) The total number of full baths in all buildings on the property
Baths – Half (1st bldg) The  number of half bathrooms in the first dwelling/bldg on the property.
Baths – Half (total) The total number of half bathrooms  in all buildings on the property
Bedrooms (1st bldg) The number of bedrooms in the first dwellingon this property
Bedrooms (total) The total number of bedrooms in all buildings on the property
Block Refers to the block number within the subdivision
Building The building name or number that is part of an address, typically in condos
Building Exemption The amount of the building value exempt from property taxes in current assessment year
Buildings Specifies the total number of buildings on the property
Care of Addressee The c/o line of the tax address
Carrier Route  The USPO carrier route number
Census Tract Use this field to search the database by census tract number
City The city name in situs address
Company owner A computer generated data fiield used to identify if the company is company owned or not company owned.
Condo Y/N to include/exclude condominiums from your Searches.  Searches to see if there is a CPR number (the 6th digit) on the taxkey.
Condo Interest The percentage of building ownership attributable to this property.
Co-op Y/N to include/exclude co-ops from your Searches
Dwellings The number of habitable structures on the property
File Plan The number of the subdivision map filed at the Bureau of Conveyances
Flood Zone none
Government Owner Y/N field to include/exclude government-owned properties
Land Area-SF The land size of the parcel in SF
Land Court Application Description of the property; same as file plan in regular system
Land Court Application Map The map number of the Land Court Application
Land Court Consolidation Description of the property involved in the consolidation; same as file plan in regular system
Land Exemption The amount of land value that is exempt from property taxes in current assessment year
Land Use PLUM – actual use of property (not zoning)
Land Value The total value of the land before any exemptions in current assessment year
Lava Zone none
Lessee The entity that owns a leasehold interest in a property
Lessor The entity that owns the fee simple interest subject to a lease (i.e. lastname*firstname or Nahaku*Sherri)
Living Units The number of living units on the property.
Lot Number The subdivision lot number
Multi Pitt Blank or M to indicate if parcel has multiple PITT codes
Multi Zoned Blank or Y to indicate if parcel has multiple uses
Neighborhood Code The neighborhood code as assigned by Real Property Tax department assessors.  The assessors group similar properties by these 4-8 digit numbers to help classify the property.  Search on this field when you want to search for similar properties to a target property.
Never Sold Use this field to Searches for parcels that show no recorded sale transaction (no sales since 1977)
No Active Listings (A, C U, T) No currently active listings in Active, Contingent, Under Contract or Temp Withdrawn status
