Question: How do I exclude a specific MLS listing or listing agent from my searches? When setting up prospect searches, some listings keep coming up, and my clients and I already know we aren’t interested.

Answer: In REsearch, you can use the ‘NOT‘ expression to exclude specific values from many search fields, including “MLS Number’ and ‘Agent ID (Listing Agent)’ in the MLS Quick Search. This method can also be used in setting up saved searches and prospect searches for your clients.

Step 1. Add Field 

Step 2. Select Agent ID, and enter “NOT” Agent ID number.

Step 3. Save Search 

You can continue to save such searches as a Prospect Searches. Just enter the contact information and Notification schedule then Save.
