A property may be listed as residential only if it has a habitable structure with a working water supply system, and a working Board of Health approved and installed wastewater system.  Should a property not meeting these requirements be listed as residential, the listing broker shall be responsible for any claims or charges resulting from his/her representing the property as residential, and for fielding and responding to any inquiries from other participants asking for explanation as to why it is being listed as residential.  The service is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of information submitted to the service by its subscribers.
