CSV files containing contact information need to be formatted to the Outlook format in order to import correctly to REsearch.

Notice the Outlook Template includes column headers. The three important columns are:

B – First Name
D – Last Name
BF – Email Address


Please copy/paste your spreadsheet’s data into the appropriate columns.
The column headers are required, do not delete or overwrite them.

When saving, make sure to save the file as a csv.

That should do it.
