Here is an overview of the main components of the Client Portal:
REsearch 6 is the main way that agents will access the Portal. While not a part of the Portal codebase, it is the starting point for all Portal-related workflows.
Portal Administration Page
The Portal Administration page lists all existing portals and allows the agent to manage individual Portals, or manage the global Portal settings.
Portal Home Page
The Portal Home Page is the main page that you and your client will have in common. You will be able to customize your branding on this page, create new listing Collections or Saved Searches for your clients, and you’ll be able to see what listings your client has Loved, Liked, and any Saved Searches they have created for themselves.
Portal Search is the MLS search for you and your client.
Listing Details Page
This page contains the details of a specific listing.
Portal Activity Page
This page shows you a summary of the things that your client has been doing in the Portal.
Portal Notifications Page
You can see all the notifications you receive on all Portals or on individual Portals
