Portal Notifications can be checked by accessing Portal Admin. You’ll see little red circles and numbers that indicate notifications. There is a bell in the top left that, when clicked, will show you all the notifications you have in chronological order.
Clicking the “bell” button next to a contact’s name will open a page that lists all notifications for the selected contact. Clicking the Notifications menu item in the navigation menu will open a page that lists all notifications for all contacts.
