Please sign in to Google or your Gmail account from within your browser.

View your Gmail inbox – on the left menu locate and click More.

From the expanded section – locate and click on the Spam Folder

Once in the Spam folder:

Locate the message sent from REsearch.

In the upper menu section, click on the button labeled: Not Spam.

The message will automatically be moved into your inbox.

On the left side, Click on your inbox.

 

While viewing your inbox, once again locate and place a check mark next to the message.

Now click on the More button and select Filter messages link these from the drop down.

You will see this screen. Verify that the email address in the From section is correct (it should autofill with the correct address)

Then Click: Create filter with this search

Check mark Never send it to Spam

Click Create Filter
