Instructions on allowing pop-ups in Firefox. 

Please upgrade to at least Firefox version 31.0 – Instructions can be found here: Upgrading Firefox

Step 1
Click the Menu button located on the right side of Firefox
Click Options from the drop down

Step 2
In the Options window, Click Content
Click Exceptions

Step 3
Enter Both:
http://reserver4.hawaiiinformation.com
http://reserver1.hawaiiinformation.com
Click Allow
Click Save Changes

Done!

You can now test the setting by trying to open a scanned taxmap, condo guide, etc.
