How to tell Firefox which method you would like to view an opened PDF file.
In order to choose another program besides Chrome to view a PDF, a PDF viewer program must be installed on your system.
Ex: Adobe Reader
Foxit
Reader (Microsoft)
PDF Reader (Mac)
- Locate in the upper right corner, click the Firefox menu button
- Within the Menu click Options
- Within Options click Applications
- In the Content Type column, locate Portable Document Format (PDF) – Using the drop down make your selection.
Done.
