Quick Tip Video – Creating a prospect from Search for Listings

When you save a search from the “normal” search page, you now have the option to save it directly to a prospect (or create a new prospect).

Enter your search parameters

Click Save Search

Select “Save as a prospect search”

Now you will either create a new prospect or save to and existing one
5A. If Selecting NEW CONTACT simply fill out the form and save.
5B. If Selecting an existing contact you may simply click Save (you may also double check the notification schedule)
5C. If Selecting an existing Prospect you will be prompted to save a new search or overwrite the existing one.
