Creating groups within your contacts is an easy way to send targeted bulk emails.


Contacts, Click the Groups button



On the Groups screen –
Name your new Group
(Description optional)

Select the contacts to be in the new group




Click the arrow (>) button to move the selected contacts to the “In This Group” column




Click Save Group when finished.



Saved groups will be listed under the Group List



Click Send Email while the Group is selected to bring up the email form




You may access the created group from most email forms

Run a search, click Email from the search results
On the Email form, click the “TO” button



Scroll to the bottom of your contact list. Created Groups will be placed at the end of the list.
Select the group, click the type of recipient field you would like to add the addresses to.
