TMK accounts allow for sharing access within an office.

Only the Primary contact person on the account is allowed to change a password.The Primary person may grant account update (including passwords) permission to anyone they choose. Just give us a call or send an email from the primary email on the account.

The account primary or anyone with permission to update the account my contact us directly for password changes.
Or
Simply click the forgot password link, follow the instructions to choose a new password. The email entered must match the primary person’s email we have on file.

    Hi,
    How would I have the system provide median square footage and median year built when doing a summary report?

      Aloha,

      Unfortunately the summary format is not customizable, it will only produce a report for sale prices. In order to obtain median data for year built or sqft please use the download feature and have Excel run a formula.
