In order to “reset” the days on market of a listing: Keep the listing off the market for 30 days. Either let the listing Expire or Withdraw the listing. Do not place the listing in Temporary Withdrawn status. A new listing must be created, your new listing will receive a new MLS number. The previous listing will keep the previous Days on Market, the new listing will begin back at 0.
