Please note. If you are sharing the account, updating the default format will effect all users who login with the same user name. Set your selected formats including per page and sort by. My screenshot includes arrows that simply point to selections/changes I made in the Format Drop down. Once you are satisfied, click the blue Save button. Do not make changes in the Name Your Search field. You will overwrite the My Default Format. Click Save. Done. Next time you login your choices will be selected by default.
The Pets parameter is only available on listings that include building information. Click Add Fields locate “Pets” Pets and Pets (Bldg) both pull the same information at this point in time. Previously there was a difference but today they are the same.

When searching for terms entered into the remarks of listings, you will very likely want to use wildcards. The remarks search field is located within the MLS – Details category: You may also use Add Fields to locate these search fields Using papaya as an example: Searching the Customer Remarks with simply the term papaya will only return two results from the entire system. This is because the system is looking for listings where the very first term in the remarks is papaya. Question: When doing a CMA, there used to be a printout at the top that showed the parameters that were researched, such as price range, square footage range, bedroom count, age, etc. That seems to have disappeared from the printouts, even when requesting a summary. Where did it go…or more importantly, how do I get it to print for each CMA so I know what the research parameters were for the printout? There are a few tools you can use to obtain Flood Zone data. Classic Vs. Wizard Classic Forms will simply display the listing entry form. You will choose between saving the listing to your HOLD status or Preview/Release to Active when finished. Wizard Forms include steps; Listing entry, Next step Photos, Next step Addenda, Tours, Next step Save / Release. You may run a Reverse Prospect search in order to contact the agents who have set up prospect searches that matched your listing. REsearch will remember a number of your searches and make them easily available within the Search History tab. Each search will be date/time stamped by last use. Click the Run Now button to load the search parameters into the main search page Searches that are re-run will be moved to the top of the list and re-time stamped. The list will hold the last 51 searches. Searches will move off the bottom of the list as new ones are added. Saving searches will add them to your saved search list. How to import contact information into REsearch: You can import your contacts from other email clients into REsearch. Before doing so, you will need to export your contact information to an Outlook CSV file. Once this is done, follow the steps below to import them into REsearch. If you simply have your contacts within a spreadsheet, please view this guide before moving on. Click “Import Contacts.” Click “Choose File.” Browse your computer to select the xxxxx.CSV file that contains the contact information. You can import your contacts from other email clients into REsearch. This article illustrates how to export your contacts from Microsoft Outlook and Google’s Gmail into an Outlook CSV file, which REsearch can then import. Export contacts from Outlook 2013 and higher: Done! You now have your .csv file ready to import into REsearch. We do recommend reviewing your Outlook CSV file before importing, as it may contain hundreds of contacts, and this import process cannot be undone. Now you can go back to the REsearch import guide! You may create and add custom pages to CloudCMA reports you create. Access CloudCMA. Once within the CloudCMA site, click on your initials to go to Custom Pages: Name and add a new custom page: (You can also upload a PDF instead of creating the page on CloudCMA. See below the Custom Pages List.) Create your custom page and click the X to close: Your new custom page will now be in the list: Now when creating a CMA or Buyer Tour, you will be able to add your custom pages while in the Customize step:

Zoning data is present on both TMK and MLS data. TMK data contains information provided by the counties. MLS data is auto populated when possible when a listing is created, but it is an editable field and agents can make changes if they choose to do so. A Google Street View icon is available on MLS One Liner and MLS Mid. It is also visible on the Dashboard’s listing activity. The icon appears when a listing includes a complete street address (street number and street name). Simply click the icon to open a Google Street View window. Please note that this window relies on Google’s Street View panoramic image library and Google’s geocoding for street addresses, which may not be accurate or available for every listing address. The Market IQ report has the ability to combine offices in order to produce different reports for brokers with multiple offices. A search must be run by Office ID in order to view the OFFICE ID options. Multiple offices can be shown on a Market IQ Office ID search by entering Office ID numbers separated by commas. In order to combine offices into a single line in a Market IQ report, simply group Office IDs within sets of parentheses.
March updates: Search History! REsearch now remembers up to 50 unique recent searches. Again this is very easy to use. Simply run searches as you normally would. When you would like to reload a recent search, simply click the Search History drop down. REsearch supports searches via the Map. You can use the “Draw” tools (Rectangle, Circle, Polygon, or Freehand) to draw boundaries on the Map within which to search. But you can also set a boundary within which to exclude matches. This allows you to draw a Map search around a neighborhood, for example, but then specify an exclusion zone around a point of interest that a client wants to avoid. The REsearch Appraiser Report is available in two locations within the system. 1. Directly from the Dashboard – Use this only if you have previously gathered the exact MLS numbers you would like to generate a report on. 2. Search results – run a search, pull the MLS numbers on the results page into the Appraiser Report. How often is the Taxbill / Owner information updated? Taxbills are updated along with sales. Sale information is picked up by our TMK department every Thursday. The sale along with the new owner information will usually be entered into our system within a week of us receiving it. The sale information is made available to us approximately 2 weeks behind the actual sale/recorded date. Other updates to Taxbills are updated annually on July 1st (annual taxes). When agents run a reverse prospect search or receive a notification regarding a prospect from the system, a Prospect ID might be the only information provided. In order to view which of your prospects this ID is attached to you may run a Prospect ID search: Agents may only search their own prospects’ IDs.

When on the search page you will see a Search History tab up at the top: REsearch will remember the last 50 unique searches and include a time stamp of the most recent run. Clicking the Search History tab will open up a Recent Searches window: You may also save searches from this window: The saved search will be displayed within the Recent Searches window (as long as it doesn’t get bumped off) and also accessible from your My Saved Searches.
When viewing individual TMKs on certain formats you may see a link “OPEN COUNTY SITE” Formats that include the county link: TMK Short TMK Full Clicking an “OPEN COUNTY SITE” link will attempt to open that parcel’s link on it’s county website.
