Please note. If you are sharing the account, updating the default format will effect all users who login with the same user name.     Set your selected formats including per page and sort by. My screenshot includes arrows that simply point to selections/changes I made in the Format Drop down.     Once you are satisfied, click the blue Save button.     Do not make changes in the Name Your Search field. You will overwrite the My Default Format. Click Save.     Done. Next time you login your choices will be selected by default.

REsearch will remember a number of your searches and make them easily available within the Search History tab.     Each search will be date/time stamped by last use. Click the Run Now button to load the search parameters into the main search page   Searches that are re-run will be moved to the top of the list and re-time stamped. This article illustrates how to export your contacts from Microsoft Outlook and Google’s Gmail into an Outlook CSV file, which REsearch can then import. Once within the CloudCMA site, click on your initials to go to Custom Pages: Name and add a new custom page: (You can also upload a PDF instead of creating the page on CloudCMA. A Google Street View icon is available on MLS One Liner and MLS Mid. It is also visible on the Dashboard’s listing activity. The icon appears when a listing includes a complete street address (street number and street name). Simply click the icon to open a Google Street View window. Market IQ – Combining offices, multiple offices

The Market IQ report has the ability to combine offices in order to produce different reports for brokers with multiple offices.   A search must be run by Office ID in order to view the OFFICE ID options.   Multiple offices can be shown on a Market IQ Office ID search by entering Office ID numbers separated by commas. In order to combine offices into a single line in a Market IQ report, simply group Office IDs within sets of parentheses.

REsearch supports searches via the Map. You can use the “Draw” tools (Rectangle, Circle, Polygon, or Freehand) to draw boundaries on the Map within which to search. But you can also set a boundary within which to exclude matches. This allows you to draw a Map search around a neighborhood, for example, but then specify an exclusion zone around a point of interest that a client wants to avoid. How often is the Taxbill / Owner information updated?     Taxbills are updated along with sales. Sale information is picked up by our TMK department every Thursday. The sale along with the new owner information will usually be entered into our system within a week of us receiving it. The sale information is made available to us approximately 2 weeks behind the actual sale/recorded date.     Other updates to Taxbills are updated annually on July 1st (annual taxes). When on the search page you will see a Search History tab up at the top:   REsearch will remember the last 50 unique searches and include a time stamp of the most recent run.   Clicking the Search History tab will open up a Recent Searches window:       You may also save searches from this window:     The saved search will be displayed within the Recent Searches window (as long as it doesn’t get bumped off) and also accessible from your My Saved Searches.
