*We are currently working on a fix on our back end that will hopefully resolve this issue.   This is an issue with Excel, not our data. Excel is automatically converting certain street numbers and displaying them as dates. Ex: 11-2598 = NOV-98 This is also an issue when manually entering in the data directly into Excel. New Prospect – creating a new contact and prospect search

In order to create a new Prospect you will first need to create a new Contact. On the Contact Details section fill out as much information as needed. The most important fields are First and Last Name and Email address. You will not be able to create a Prospect Search without an Email address. Click Save Contact when finished. REsearch 6 makes is really easy to renew a prospect search. Initially and after renewal, a prospect search will stay active for 180 days. A prospect search needs to be renewed before the 181st day or it will be removed as inactive. Reminder emails are sent to the agent’s email address at set intervals. After the first 145 days an initial reminder email is sent. At 170 days the final reminder is sent. Finally once the 180 days are up a prospect removal notification is sent. You may renew a prospect search at any time, unlike REsearch 5.1.

The Summary format can be added to your search results. When used the Summary format will be appended to the bottom of the search results page. It will provide you with a report of all prices. Example Summary of Sold listings: # = Number of listings being summarized Median = The halfway/middle number. Not a calculated overall average. If the amount of values being calculated are even, the median is generated by taking the average of the two middle values. Mode = The most often repeated value. MLS Quick – Four per page and MLS Book – Two per page These formats are designed to fit on a standard letter sized printout while in Customer Format. Before you print, simply select Customer Format. Please do not mix the MLS Quick or Book format with other formats. The system will allow mixing but the printing cannot follow the intended format when used with other formats.

REsearch keeps a history of emails sent to any prospects you have entered into the system. In order to view historic emails please follow this guide. Click on Contacts Locate the Prospect you would like to work on. Click on their name. In the main section click to the History Tab Click on the Subject line of the message you would like to view. You can now review what has been sent. You may also click the Resend button to resend the message.
