In order to choose another program besides Chrome to view a PDF, a PDF viewer program must be installed on your system. Ex: Adobe Reader Foxit Reader (Microsoft) PDF Reader (Mac) Locate in the upper right corner, click the Firefox menu button Within the Menu click Options Within Options click Applications In the Content Type column, locate Portable Document Format (PDF) – Using the drop down make your selection. Done.

The latest listing activity feed located on the Dashboard is set by default to automatically refresh every 5 minutes or every time you leave the dashboard and click back to the dashboard. Located within Settings you may choose between Manual or Automatic listing activity refreshes.   Click Settings located at the bottom of the Main Menu Locate and click on Dashboard Refresh Make your selection. Click Save changes   When choosing “Only refresh the dashboard on demand” you will need to click the Refresh button. The data will not refresh on its own.

The Summary format can be added to your search results. When used the Summary format will be appended to the bottom of the search results page. It will provide you with a report of all prices. Please note, only your listings that are still in HOLD status are eligible for deletion. Once a listings goes into Active or Preview, they are only allowed to be withdrawn. When a listing expires the process to get it back to active is to do a Back on Market. On the main menu click directly on Listings or expand the section and click on Listings Menu Within the Listings Menu locate and click on Back on Market   Use the Find tool or enter the expired MLS number. In order to create a new Prospect you will first need to create a new Contact. On the Contact Details section fill out as much information as needed. The most important fields are First and Last Name and Email address. You will not be able to create a Prospect Search without an Email address. Click Save Contact when finished. REsearch keeps a history of emails sent to any prospects you have entered into the system. In order to view historic emails please follow this guide. Click on Contacts Locate the Prospect you would like to work on. Click on their name. In the main section click to the History Tab Click on the Subject line of the message you would like to view. You can now review what has been sent. You may also click the Resend button to resend the message.

  All Building sections are provided by the various counties’ property tax offices. This includes Building Details, Building Sketch, Residential Building Additions, Other Building Improvements and Building Permits From Real Property Tax. Floor Areas are calculated per the Residential Additions.   Building permits displayed on TMK Full formats also come from the tax office. These permits are sent to the tax office by the DPP. As far as we can tell, only permits that will effect property tax are sent to the tax office. For a full report of permits please use the Permit Format.
