It would need to be a very special circumstance where someone was allowed access to the system without being a licensed agent or appraiser.   If by “lay person” what is meant is just someone off the street, then no access is possible.

We feed fractional listings to Zillow but Zillow chooses not to display them. There isn’t anything we can do from our end in this situation.

Thanks!   Answer: This user had accidentally collapsed the Listing Activity section. When collapsing or expanding sections on the dashboard, REsearch will remember this setting when logging off and back on.
