Answer: Maybe If certain conditions are met, the DOM can start over at zero. The listing needs to be off the market (expired) for 30 days. A new listing with a new MLS number must released after the 31+ day. *Using the Back On Market function will always resume the Days on Market. *releasing a new listing within the 30 day time frame will resume the Days on Market

Description: I am unable to enter some prices into min price-max price search field. “4” is automatically resolved as 4,000. How can I enter 4,500? Why does it automatically resolve anyway?
