This guide is for those who want to download sketches from our system. View the TMK full format or the Sketch format. Located at the top of the sketch is a download button, simply click it to save the sketch as an image on your system.

This guide will teach you how to create a flyer using CloudCMA.   First, from the main REsearch screen, look for the “Cloud CMA” option under the “RETools” category on your menu.   This will open up CloudCMA. Create Prospect Searches in Prospect Tab

To create a new Prospect search for a new Contact in REsearch, you will need to use the “Prospect” tab within the “Contact Details” page. To create a new Prospect search, after creating a new Contact, click on the “Prospect” tab to setup searches for that contact. Clearing Your Browser Cache

REsearch is a web-based application designed to work with all major browsers. Some web browsers hold onto and use old code to save time or bandwidth, but this feature, called “caching,” can sometimes cause problems when trying to use the system. In order to ensure that your browser is using and showing you the latest REsearch code, you can clear your browser cache, which will then require your browser to download a fresh copy of REsearch. Microsoft Edge – Clearing Cache

Instructions on clearing the cache from your Microsoft Edge browser: 1. Click the Menu icon located in the upper right corner of the browser. The menu is represented by 3 dots. 2. Click “Settings” from the menu drop down. 3. Click “Privacy and Security” 4. Click “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” 5. Check off “Cached data and files”. You can check or uncheck other options too, but the “Cached data and files” is the main thing here. Once that’s done, click “Clear” to clear your cache. And that should be it! Your cache is now cleared.

1. Click the Menu icon located in the upper right corner of the browser. The menu is represented by 3 dots. 2. Click “Settings” from the menu drop down. 3. Click the drop down menu under “Open Microsoft Edge with” and click “A specific page or pages” 4. Type or paste the URL to the page that you want to set as your homepage. Then click the save icon to save the page. Now your homepage should be set to whatever URL you entered.
