Answer: The contact numbers displayed on the Roster and on listings are controlled by the “Preferred” selections. My Profile > This particular agent had set both the Preferred Phone and Preferred Fax to Office. But the office phone and fax phone numbers were missing on the office account.

Extending or changing the expiration date on a listing is done within the Listing Entry form. Main Menu > Listings > Update Listing Make sure to save your changes by clicking Update. Done!
In order to “reset” the days on market of a listing: Keep the listing off the market for 30 days. Either let the listing Expire or Withdraw the listing. Do not place the listing in Temporary Withdrawn status. A new listing must be created, your new listing will receive a new MLS number. The previous listing will keep the previous Days on Market, the new listing will begin back at 0.
