Comments, Questions, Anything: Aloha~ I just set up new prospects with saved searches and can’t figure out how to make those searches customer view only. I tried editing the search and can’t see where you take out lisiting agent info. I don’t want my clients seeing the agent info. Can you please advise? Answer: Auto prospect emails will always be sent in Customer Format. No listing agent or private remarks will be included. There is not an option for the auto emails to be sent in Agent Format.
