Comments, Questions, Anything: Hello. My listing at XXXXXX is showing up on Zillow as only a land listing and not a house. They told me to contact you about it.. Answer: REsearch allows for multiple property types. In this example the agent is marketing a Vacant Land / Residential property. Zillow does not have the ability to display both property types on the same listing. The only solution is to select only one property type within REsearch. Simply update the listing form to remove the “unwanted” property type leaving the “correct” one.
