Comments, Questions, Anything: When a listing expires and a seller decides to put the listing BACK on the market with the same realtor, do the days on market reset?   Answer: Maybe If certain conditions are met, the DOM can start over at zero. The listing needs to be off the market (expired) for 30 days. A new listing with a new MLS number must released after the 31+ day. *Using the Back On Market function will always resume the Days on Market. *releasing a new listing within the 30 day time frame will resume the Days on Market

Even if I have the MLS # I cannot view the listing. For example MLS 2017XXXXX – I am not able to pull this up. I have noticed this several times, this seems really unfair since I pay the same MLS fees for all of Hawaii, yet I am not able to pull up all of Hawaii. (MLS) Importing Contacts – Compatible file creation

CSV files containing contact information need to be formatted to the Outlook format in order to import correctly to REsearch. Please download this template – Click here for Outlook Template.csv   Notice the Outlook Template includes column headers. The three important columns are: B – First Name D – Last Name BF – Email Address   Please copy/paste your spreadsheet’s data into the appropriate columns. The column headers are required, do not delete or overwrite them. When saving, make sure to save the file as a csv. That should do it. Back to Importing Contact Information Into REsearch
