TMK members, the methods used will also apply to your account.   How to display display Permit data on search results: Add the Permit format to the request Run the search   How to use Permit search parameters(default account layout): Enter “normal” search parameters. There are a few tools you can use to obtain Flood Zone data.   Here is a link to the National Flood Insurance Program: http://gis.hawaiinfip.org/fhat/ (this is likely the go-to resource)   We have also placed a link out to the FHAT website directly on the listing form for your convenience. Classic Vs. Wizard Classic Forms will simply display the listing entry form. You will choose between saving the listing to your HOLD status or Preview/Release to Active when finished. Wizard Forms include steps; Listing entry, Next step Photos, Next step Addenda, Tours, Next step Save / Release. If you have released a listing you may have noticed a message stating there are a number of matches for it.     You may run a Reverse Prospect search in order to contact the agents who have set up prospect searches that matched your listing. Where does the location field display?   Location shows up on two displays within the MLS. The Dashboard:   MLS one liner     In order to view the Location column on the MLS one liner format, you will need to tell the system to enable it.         Why can’t I edit the Location field? In order to keep the Location field consistent the decision was made to have the data auto filled when a taxkey is entered on listings. When searching for terms entered into the remarks of listings, you will very likely want to use wildcards.   The remarks search field is located within the MLS – Details category: You may also use Add Fields to locate these search fields   Using papaya as an example: Searching the Customer Remarks with simply the term papaya will only return two results from the entire system.
