In early 2016, a new set of Market Statistics reports were added to REsearch 6 for MLS and MLS of Choice customers. These are based on monthy “snapshots” of sales data. The “classic” Market Statistics, which are updated daily throughout the month, will remain available. The new Market Statistics includes four reports (12 Month Summary, 12 Month Charts, Monthly Comparison, Year to Date) across three report sets (Hawaii Island & Kauai, Hawaii Island, Kauai). MLS Quick – Four per page and MLS Book – Two per page These formats are designed to fit on a standard letter sized printout while in Customer Format. Before you print, simply select Customer Format. Please do not mix the MLS Quick or Book format with other formats. The system will allow mixing but the printing cannot follow the intended format when used with other formats.

Please note, only your listings that are still in HOLD status are eligible for deletion. Once a listings goes into Active or Preview, they are only allowed to be withdrawn. Deleting a listing will completely remove it from the system. You will no longer be able to search for and view any part of the listing. When a listing expires the process to get it back to active is to do a Back on Market. On the main menu click directly on Listings or expand the section and click on Listings Menu Within the Listings Menu locate and click on Back on Market   Use the Find tool or enter the expired MLS number. Viewing my Prospects’ auto email history

REsearch keeps a history of emails sent to any prospects you have entered into the system. In order to view historic emails please follow this guide. Click on Contacts Locate the Prospect you would like to work on. Click on their name. In the main section click to the History Tab Click on the Subject line of the message you would like to view. You can now review what has been sent. You may also click the Resend button to resend the message.
