Renewing a prospect – renewing the expiration date of a prospect search

REsearch 6 makes is really easy to renew a prospect search. Initially and after renewal, a prospect search will stay active for 180 days. A prospect search needs to be renewed before the 181st day or it will be removed as inactive. Reminder emails are sent to the agent’s email address at set intervals. After the first 145 days an initial reminder email is sent. At 170 days the final reminder is sent. Finally once the 180 days are up a prospect removal notification is sent. You may renew a prospect search at any time, unlike REsearch 5.1.
