This information has been taken directly from the Rules and Regulations, Article II Definitions and Usage “Status” means the listing’s status with regard to pending escrow or purchase agreement, availability for showing, and expiration of the listing record on the service’s system. The following statuses have the meanings given to them here:     A/Active The property is available for immediate showing, and there is no pending escrow or purchase agreement. When creating a new listing REsearch may display a warning message if it sees a previously withdrawn listing on the parcel.     Other situations: Multiple listings on the same parcel number An example would be in business listings such as within a shopping center the same TMK will need to be used. If there is an existing Active listing and subsequent listings are being entered, all new listings will automatically carry over the DOM from the original. The Days on Market (DOM) is the number of days that a property has been listed in the service while it is on the market.  The DOM starts counting from the date the listing is released to Active status.  Days while the listing is in Active and/or Contingent status are added to the DOM.   Days while the listing is in Under Contract, Withdraw, Temporarily Withdrawn, Expired or Sold status are not added to the DOM. Please sign in to Google or your Gmail account from within your browser. View your Gmail inbox – on the left menu locate and click More.
