About Contacts The Contacts section contains information about the contacts you have entered into REsearch. Here you can store and access any information that has been recorded. The Contacts section works closely with the Prospects section. Contact List 1. Click Directly on Contacts or expand the section then click Contacts to open the Contacts Section 2. This is the Menu button. It is located in the upper right corner of the screen. You may toggle it to hide/show the menu. Creating a contact group helps keep track of selected contacts. Example groups would be Buyer’s, Sellers, Companies, etc. The Groups feature allows you to email all group members simultaneously. If you are seeing this horrible message when opening a PDF: The likely solution is to switch your PDF viewer 1. type in chrome://plugins in the URL bar of Google Chrome 2. Enable Adobe Acrobat (reverse this action if switching back to Chrome PDF Viewer) Historically when Chrome’s PDF viewer breaks, the issue is usually fixed the next time Chrome updates.
